After 10 long months without a kick of the ball, yesterday the Bulldogs returned to the field for a friendly fixture versus our close neighbours and friends Ton & Gelli BGC.
The game was played at the neutral venue, Pentre 3G, to ensure neither side had the home advantage.
The weather conditions were not the best but it did not dampen either sides spirits, in what was fair to say a typical village derby.
The Bulldogs came out on top with an impressive 5-0 final score, proving a great opening game after the Covid 19 lockdown.
Goals scored by:
Lee Price – Callum Murray – Lee Owen – Liam Thomas – Jamie Bebb
Thanks again to Ton & Gelli BGC and the referee Mr Darren Ould.
Hopefully it won’t be much longer before we can all get back to Ynys Park and watch the Bulldogs.
