Interested candidates are invited to apply for the vacancy First Team Manager position with the Bulldogs

Ton Pentre AFC are looking to appoint an ambitious and suitably experienced First Team Manager.

The Bulldogs are very interested to hear from candidates that would like to work with the Management Board to develop a ‘one club’ ethos where the First Team, Youth Team and the Board work in strong collaboration.

The new incumbent will bring a fresh approach to our growing links with the local community, including harnessing the brightes local talent (via the Youth Team and through the establishment of an effective scouting network) in tandem with the recruitment and retention of proven Welsh League level ability from across the wider region.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience of playing, coaching and/or managing at Welsh League level. A recognised UEFA coaching qualification, whilst not essential, is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead with imagination, vision and energy one of the most successful clubs in the Welsh League.
