Taffs Well v Ton Pentre l Welsh League Division One l Friday, 21 November 2014 l Kick off: 7:30pm l Rhiw Dda'r

Andrew Hughes will be in charge of the Bulldogs for their visit to Taffs Well in the Nathaniel Cars Welsh League Division One on Friday (21 November) night.

Hughes is acting as caretaker manager following the resignation of Dean Morris, who has since taken up the managerial reigns of Division Three outfit Treharris Athletic.

Hughes will guide a confident Ton Pentre team into the match against the Wellmen following a 3-1 win over Caldicot Town in the Nathaniel Cars League Cup.

Having scored two goals in that Cup match, striker Jaymie Wearn will be looking for the back of the net again but the Bulldogs will be without the defensive talents of Thomas Davies, who sits out the last game of a three match suspension.

The Ton Pentre squad will however, be bolstered with Nathan Phillips and Callum Emms making the step-up from the Bulldogs Youth Team.

By their usual standards, Taffs Well have had a disappointing season thus far and sit third from bottom in the Division One table. However, they will be looking forward to the visit of Ton Pentre as the meetings between the two clubs often play out like a local derby.

The Bulldogs Live service will return for this match and will be available here on tonpentreafc.com from the 7:30pm kick off.
