RHONDDA RIVALRY AS THE BULLDOGS WELCOME CAMBRIAN

Ton Pentre v Cambrian & Clydach Vale | Welsh League Division One | Friday, 7 November 2014 | Kick Off: 7:30pm | Ynys Park

Ton Pentre welcome Cambrian & Clydach Vale to Ynys Park tonight (Friday, 7 November) for a Rhondda Derby match at 7:30pm.

Cambrian unexpectedly made a poor start to the Nathaniel Cars Welsh League Division One season, which saw manager David Haggett part company with the club.

Former Bulldogs player Shaun Fackrell is now in charge of the Sky Blues with another ex-Ton Pentre player in Lee Matthews, being appointed his assistant.

In their last two matches, Cambrian & Clydach Vale have found some form by beating AFC Porth 5-0 and achieving an impressive 3-0 victory against Division One champions Monmouth Town.

Ton Pentre come into this Rhondda Derby on the back of three straight defeats in all competitions having lost 3-0 to Briton Ferry Llansawel, 1-0 to Haverfordwest County and 3-0 to Monmouth Town in the FAW Welsh Cup.
