Goytre United v Ton Pentre | Welsh League Division One | Saturday, 30 August 2014 | Glenhafod Park Stadium | Kick off: 2:30pm

Glenhafod Park Stadium

A confident Ton Pentre team will travel to play Goytre United at Glenhafod Park Stadium following the Bulldogs fantastic 6-1 Rhondda Derby win over AFC Porth in midweek.

Ton Pentre will know that a tougher test awaits them on Saturday as Goytre United have made an unbeaten start to the season having played three matches.

Talking to RadioTon, Bulldogs Assistant Manager Andrew Hughes said: “Anybody who has been with Ton for a long time will know that we’ve always had great battles down in Goytre.

“I’m sure they’re going to be a much sterner test, I know they’ve recruited well in the summer and have got quite a strong team but we will go there full of confidence.”

Amongst their ranks, Goytre United have former Tottenham Hotspur regular Ian Hillier, former Swansea City defender Kyle Graves, prolific goalscorer Richard Ryan and Welsh League hot shot Jason Bertorelli.

It will certainly be tough for the Bulldogs, who will need your support on Saturday. The match kicks off at 2:30pm and for directions to the ground please click on SA13 2YP.

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will be able to bring you our regular Bulldogs Live service for this match due to poor network coverage at Glenhafod Park Stadium but shall endeavour to provide you with the regular updates across Twitter and Facebook.
