Can I ask why you don’t have a form of academy or younger ages groups with the view to develop them and progression into your first team. Not only can they develop on the pitch but also intake your club heritage and play with passion and pride!

I am a keen sports coach from the area and would be more than interested in assembling a team of coaches and people to make this possible regardless of resources or finance
