The Ton Pentre goalkeeper was injured during the first half of the match on Saturday but played on for the full 90 minutes through the pain barrier.

Following the match Collins discovered that he had dislocated a finger on his left hand and as a result will now be sidelined for four to six weeks.

This injury now presents a wonderful opportunity to his deputy Gavin Rees, who is likely to be between the posts for Ton Pentre’s visit to Cambrian & Clydach Vale on Saturday, 8th February, which is the Bulldogs next match.
