Crutch Transfers to the Bulldogs

Following several media reports, Ton Pentre are pleased to confirm that experienced defender Mark Crutch has joined the Bulldogs following a transfer from Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League outfit Afan Lido.

Following several media reports, Ton Pentre are pleased to confirm that experienced defender Mark Crutch has joined the Bulldogs following a transfer from Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League outfit Afan Lido.

Crutch, who joined Afan Lido in January 2013, will strengthen Dean Morris’ squad of players as Ton Pentre aim to secure their Nathaniel Cars Welsh League Division One status and transfers in time for the visit to AFC Porth on Saturday (25th January).

The Rhondda-based Crutch was captain at Afan Lido and counts Bridgend Town, Swansea City, Carmarthen Town and Aberdare Town, with whom he won the Division One title, amongst his former clubs.

A spokesperson for the Bulldogs said: “We are very pleased to welcome Mark to the Club for his second spell with the Bulldogs. He has a vast amount of experience that will be of much benefit to Ton Pentre.”
