Friday the 13th is unlucky for some and both Ton Pentre and Goytre United will hope they can avoid the bad luck as they get set to play each other at Ynys Park in a Welsh League Division One match.

Kick off at Ynys Park on Friday, 13th September 2013 is at 7.30pm and with the rest of the Division One clubs avoiding the unluckiest day of the year, it is hoped the fixture could attract a large crowd.

Bulldogs manager Dean Morris will welcome captain Adam Lewis back into his team following suspension and he is also hopeful that Ross Porter will be fit enough to return. However, the Ton Pentre supremo is still sweating over the fitness of key striker Jaymie Wearn.

Ton Pentre will be looking for an improved performance in this latest match following a disappointing display in the Nathaniel Car Sales League Cup against Undy Athletic last weekend. However, Morris will be buoyed by the fact that the Bulldogs did show enough character to win the cup tie in extra-time. You can read the match report for the game here.

While the Bulldogs have already completed five league matches this season, Goytre United have only played twice thus far with a win and a defeat. Therefore, it is difficult to predict their form but the Goyts are sure to offer a stern test on Friday night.

From kick off our Bulldogs Live Score service will be available here on the website and there will be pre-match build-up and updates on our Facebook  page and Twitter feed.
