Havefordwest County visit Ynys Park on Saturday, 1st December to play Ton Pentre having re-established themselves as title contenders following last weekend’s 4-0 win over Caerleon at their Bridge Meadow Stadium home. This Welsh League Division One match kicks off at 2pm.

Ynys ParkThe Bulldogs come into this match having played just twice in November following disruption to their fixtures due to bad weather and opponents having League Cup commitments.

Haverfordwest will be favourites to take the points at Ynys Park with a squad littered with experienced players. Chris Holloway, Anthony Finselbach, Liam Hancock and hotshot Jack Christopher having played regularly at Welsh Premier League level.

Dean Morris is hopeful that an injury free squad will report to Ynys Park on Saturday morning ahead of the match as the Bulldogs go in search of their first win in three matches. Ton Pentre have also been without a goal for the same amount of matches and that is something Morris will look to put right against the Bluebirds.

Saturday’s other Welsh League Division One fixtures:

Bridgend Town v Cwmbran Celtic
Cambrian & Clydach Vale v Caerleon
Pontardawe Town v Tata Steel

Updates:

There will be a pitch inspection at 10.30am.

Following an inspection by a Welsh League match official the playing surface at Ynys Park has been deemed dangerous and unplayable. Ton Pentre v Haverfordwest County is OFF.
