Ton Pentre welcome Cambrian & Clydach Vale to Ynys Park on Friday (2nd November) evening for a Rhondda Derby match which kicks off at 7.30pm.

The Bulldogs come into the match having lost attacking duo Tom McCarthy and Gareth Tedstone to AFC Porth and Dinas Powys respectively.

Dean Morris has counteracted the loss with the signature of striker Joe Leahy who rejoins the Ynys Park club from Merthyr Town. Morris will hope that this talented young front man will hit the ground running against local rivals Cambrian.

Cambrian will be favourites for this match, despite the Bulldogs having home advantage, as the Clydach based club are the current Welsh League Division One champions and will feel that they have enough quality in their team to overcome the Bulldogs challenge.

Please note that our Bulldogs Live Score service will not be available for this match so please come along to Ynys Park to show your support for the teams. It’s sure to be a great game, as Rhondda Derby matches always are.
