Ton Pentre will welcome Cardiff Corinthians to Ynys Park for their last game of the MacWhirter Welsh League Division One season. The Bulldogs go into the match hopeful that their squad will be bolstered by the return of Leon Young, Owen Davies and Chris Colvin.

The Rhondda outfit suffered a heavy midweek defeat against Pontardawe Town with a stretched squad. Matters were made worse when Leon Young was forced out of the game inside the opening 15 minutes with a hamstring strain. Owen Davies had to sit the match out through injury and Chris Colvin was unavailable for selection.

Dean Morris is hopeful that all three will be available to him for Cardiff Corinthians’ visit on Saturday, 28th April. Morris will certainly be without suspended duo Geza Hajgato and Adam Lewis, who are both suspended.

The Corries will be playing for pride after the Radyr based club suffered relegation in midweek following Aberaman Athletic’s emphatic 6-3 away win at West End.

Ton Pentre v Cardiff Corinthians kicks off at 2.30pm and updates will be available here on tonpentreafc.com, Twitter and Facebook.

Finally, the Bulldogs would like to thank Match Ball Sponsor, Richard Bebb from Portmahomack, Rosshire in Scotland. Richard’s support is greatly appreciated by all at Ynys Park.
