New Wales boss Chris Coleman will in the Ton Pentre AFC Clubhouse today from 7.30pm answering your questions. Admission is free to the ‘Meet the Manager’ event which will be presented by former BBC football commentator Ian Gwyn Hughes, who is now Head of Public Affairs at the Football Association of Wales.
The former Fulham manager is sure take questions from the audience about his vision for Welsh football, the nation’s chances of World Cup qualification and his career as a player and manager.
In addition to this fans will be eager to hear his viewpoints on Raymond Verheijen’s (assistant manager of Wales) controversial comments about the FAW via social networking site Twitter.
Ton Pentre Chairman Bryan Bees is looking forward to welcoming the new Wales manager and football fans to the Clubhouse this evening: “Those connected to the Club are looking forward to the event and welcoming Chris and football fans from the surrounding area as we have the facilities to host it.”
There will also be a free raffle at the event giving fans the chance to win a signed football by the Wales squad. There will also be an opportunity for fans to get Coleman’s autograph.
Following this event, Ton Pentre will turn their attentions to their Welsh League Division One match against West End on Saturday, 25th February at Ynys Park (2.00pm).
